@SLou19 what's the issue with calling? What did Sky say? You may be able to cancel via the Sky app. 31 days notice required.

To remove part of your TV package you need to give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service
