Cancel engineer out of hours

Need to cancel my engineer visit tomorrow morning but can’t do it on the app and all the call centres are closed! Been waiting three weeks and it starts working again the night before the visit. Couldn't make it up!

@Dreadingit  It is too late to cancel the appointment as there needs to be at least 24 hours notice.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unfortunately cancelling at such short notice would likely result in a £25 charge as mentioned in this link
