Not really. Considered Starlink?

Re: Can you use sky Q without broadband rural location
Q is primarily a satellite dish product - a slow broadband will work but will limit many features such as downloads and streaming (if an issue to you).

Re: Can you use sky Q without broadband rural location
hi @Becky126
The majority of SKY Q functionality is fine with slow broadband
As the others have said the TV channels are delivered via the dish from the Satellite
SKY Q uses downloads for catch up & on demand which should still work with slow broadband but you might need to be patient to wait until the downloads are complete - many users can start watching after a short while, whilst the download continues, as the download process is usually quicker than viewing but with slow Internet that may not be the case
Just like you may have found independently of SKY, streaming using the apps is dependent on good Internet so this would be no different.
Some features like alternative games that used to be on the red button now, also uses streaming via the on board SKY Sports app so that would be a problem

Will sky install a sky Q box, I’ve got a wideband dish
Moved into a property, got a wideband dish. Would sky install a sky Q Box as I'm rural with very poor internet connection about 9mb. Not interested in streaming just stuff cons via dish

Assuming there's a good satellite signal, you should be ok. I believe Sky recommend a broadband minimum speed of 3Mbps.
