Can you suspend connection to the sky box but still use sky go?

Can you suspend sky to your box whilst still using sky go?

basically my box and account is still at my ex gf house and I'm wanting to stop her being able to watch sky but don't want to lose the ability to watch through sky go or through my PS5. 

is this possible?

Not really.  Perform a house move?  (This will move the service to your address but you'd need the hardware)

The only way to stop her watching it is to go and get the equipment. Is the Sky account in your name? If so, then the Sky Q boxes are on loan to you. You are responsible for them. 

As @PandJ2020 says, contact Sky for a Home Move.
