Can watch nothink on the tv

Can't watch nothink on the TV only add like you tube and I players but the TV its self and sky channels are not working

My TV is saying "sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available" on every single **bleep** channel! My voice control isn't working either, says that didn't work. Getting wound up. Why would this **bleep** happen on a Sunday with just a stupid **bleep** robot to ask questions to!

The first thing to try is to turn the power off at the wall, wait 30 secs, then restart your Sky Q

Yup tried all that. Silly thing. Only YouTube app working
