Can watch Dark Winds S2 on Sky Go but NOT on my Sky Q Box…

Greeting all. I'm a fan of Dark Winds and I can quite happily watch the new series on my iPad using the Sky Go app.

But when I try to watch it on my Sky Q box I receive a top bar message "You don't have the required subscription to download this program"

This is a bit annoying.. I'd rather watch it on my main TV. I have no problem watching the U&Alibi HD channel in real time on my Sky Q box.

Any suggestions..

Are you trying to access the HD version when you don't subsribe to the HD package, can you access the SD version ?

I can access neither version via the SkyQ box.. I do subscribe to HD content, I'm watching in HD on my iPad.

Just to be clear, I am trying to watch S02E01 on my SkyQ box, the current episode, broadcast this week is S02E03

i can happily watch S02E01 on my Sky Go app..?

Series 2 Ep01 is working here.

Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Thanks for the response. I'll give it a go... I do usually try the turn it off an' wait for a bit then turn it on again approach first but on this occasion the box was recording so I left it merrily doing its thing and went to bed...
