Can’t watch uhd movies in sky cinema

Hi @bagpuss1968 

Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

thanks for your reply, yesI have already tried rebooting the sky Q main box and my router (I don't have sky broadband ) but nothing seems to have changed still get the message it also seems to be any on demand uhd programs not just cinema

Assume you have the monthly Q UHD subscription @bagpuss1968 .

Also is your Q box resolution set to 2160p ?

Just checked they are changing me for uhd and the box is set to the 2160 uhd setting

In the Q box Home menu

Home - Settings - Status

is the Network connection shown ticked?

If you have Sky Sports;   can you watch the UHD Sports channels?

Yes  live sports in uhd is working fine it's just on demand programs

What about the Network connection in Status. @bagpuss1968 ??
