Can’t watch tnt when it rains

Is it right that I should have to keep paying my bill when overtime it rains , which is a lot , I have no signal? 
 I don't think it is .

Are you seeing an error message such as no satellite signal? 

Billing continues during a problem.

Hi @Ryanellis1980   It is always available on Discovery+ as a backup, or in my case I always watch on Discovery+ for the key moments etc.

When you've reported this have Sky not offered to send out an engineer to fix the problem?
