Can’t watch channels I am subscribed to on my mini box.

It says' check your subscription entitles you to watch this channel'. I know it does so what's going on?

Hi @mrb16 

Regarding TNT Sports

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky (and pay Sky for your Subscription) then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included.
If you pay BT directly for TNT Sports on Sky then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.

Can I view Racing TV on Sky multi-room for free?

No, you will need to pay an extra £10 per month per box/minibox to watch on multiroom or Sky Q.

What are you trying to watch? Are you trying to watch in UHD which you can't do on a mini box?

AIUI those channels require specific multiroom subscription (not covered by Sky multiroom) if you subscribe direct.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@mrb16 if you are unhappy with these extra charges you will need to complain to the owners of the rspective channels neither of these channels are owned by Sky so there is nothing Sky can do about it

Hi @mrb16 

The channel providers Websites show the requirements for using Q mini boxes

If you subscribe (and pay Sky) for TNT Sports through your Q package Sky do not charge extra to use mini boxes or for HD.

With Racing TV you have to subscribe direct and so are governed by their charges.
