Can't watch Disney+ on the app tv screen goes black and I can't back out of the film unless I press the home button on the remote

I seem to be getting the same problem. 
while watching Disney + app on the sky q box the screen suddenly goes black but the sky q box remains on. Have to press home to start again - very annoying with no warning. 
was there a solution to this?
