Can’t view purchased films on sky q

I'm unable to play the purchased films on sky q. Unable to get to speak to someone on the phone to solve. 

Message says need to be connected to broadband to view purchased films. Checked connection all good, reset network, turned box off for a few minutes and still can't view. Unable to purchase new films too. Anyone got the contact number to speak to someone at sky to help resolve the issues? Thanks @help

It's a Sky issue not your Q box.

Thank you. How do I contact them to confirm it is being worked on to be resolved? Rainy weekend and want to watch purchased films.

It started working itself after trying to get through on the phone. I was given a text message telling me to go back online! Around in circles! Thanks everyone for your help, much appreciated.
