Can't view prime video because of VPN and proxy setting. I've tried turning off my router for 20 minutes and even upgraded the sky q box but still the issue isn't resolved.

Hi @Has+udd Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Thanks, I'll give it a go. Will provide with an update with the result. 

Forgot to mention the issue is with my WiFi ISP as confirmed by Amazon Helpdesk because Prime Video plays/streams on my mobile phone using 4g but does not when trying to view using home WiFi, who in this case is not Sky broadband.

Unfortunately the attempt off switching both devices off for 30 seconds and then restarting has not working. Next step: I will be contacting my WiFi ISP to ask them to remove the VPN. I'll get back with the result.

Result: I can now view my prime video. My current WiFi ISP had to change my IP address and it worked.
