Can’t use multi room as it’s telling I do not have an internet connection bits

I can't get my multi room to work as my sky is telling me I have no internet connection and I do as all my pc's and phone is working

Even though everything else is working, please may I suggest you try a power down (switch off at mains or unplug) restart of your router, followed by your Main box & then your mini box(es)
