Can’t use home page or apps

Hi, Iv just upgraded my sky tv and now on the Home Screen it's says 'to use this service you need to upgrade your subscription'

its letting me watch the new channels but I can access anything else apps etc

@Lucy86 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
