Can’t upgrade online or on sky box

Evening

trying to upgrade my sky package to the new sports package for £16 but won't let me upgrade online or on my sky box. Don't fancy ringing up and being on the phone for hours. And can't find a chat online either to speak to a human. 
any ideas?

Still doesn't work everytime I put sports in basket comes up with something went wrong try again but tried about 10'times and still nothing.  It's as if they want you to ring up and spend hours on the phone. My account is rubbish really as won't let me take kids tv  off our package either.

Certainly to remove any package it means contacting Sky.
