Can't turn sky on remote will not work need new remote control
Remote control in bedroom will not work it will not turn any station on tried doing what it says on line still not working

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
