Can’t sign up for sky

Hi. When I try to sign up for sky it says 

'sorry, we're having technical difficulties' 

does anyone know why?  Thanks

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Probably best if you are a  new customer to Speak to Sky directly as you may be able to do a deal
