New Sky Q box delivered. Can't set it up as screen keeps saying 'no signal - please check the power...' But there is power, the WiFi's working, etc. I'm on hold to speak to a technician. 15 minutes wait! Gaargh....

That sounds like either you haven't got the correct HDMI input selected on your tv, of you haven't correctly linked your HDMI cable between your Sky Q box & tv
