Hi, wonder if anyone can help! We ordered Sky kids over a week ago. After 4 hours it still hadn't arrived on our box, so we called Sky. Long story short, we still don't have Sky Kids and Sky have referred it to their IT team twice, who say its a system issue (at Sky's end). Nobody seems able to resolve this. We've been Sky customers since the '90s and nothing like this has happened before. We just ordered Sky Sports and that was available to watch within 30 mins. So why not Sky Kids?
