Can't remember my pin, gone through all sky help tells me to put in my sky pin etc don't know it. Phone numbers are all inaccessible

Unless you have changed it, your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number. You can find your viewing card number in Home > Settings > System info.

Unless you have changed it, your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number. You can find your viewing card number in Home > Settings > System info.

@Trevgreen If you have never changed the pin it's normally the last four digits of your viewing card number

Should that fail @Trevgreen

then go to Home - Help & there should be a 'Reset PIN' option - IIRC you will need to know the account number you use for billing
