Can't redeem AppleTV+ reward

I have an email to redeem another 6 months free appletv but it's saying the code has already been used?

@fishter01  Unlikely to be a new offer, Sky have sent emails to remind you that if you don't take up the offer originally that time is running out to take it up.  As you've already used the offer you can't have a 2nd crack.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unfortunately its not a new offer, it was sent to me a few months ago and it runs out on the 7th July that's why I'm trying to redeem it today

@fishter01 its not another 6 moths free if you have already redeemed the offer then you don't get it again which may be why your offer is saying its already been used as I get the same when following the link I got but then I redeemed my offer last |December so wasn't expecting it to work

Afternoon Fisher - I've got exactly the same email, for probably the same reason. (I've posted here a couple of times.) I hoped Sky would re-send the offer, since I didn't activate it this time, but sadly ignored.

 

No joy for me though - but at least got a couple of nice replies from GD1.

Hi all, I've been on the phone to sky since 3pm this afternoon with no luck. They think apple have withdrawn the offer, but sky won't honour the deal for those sky customers who have the emails confirming you have until 7th July to activate.

 

Extremely disappointed with Sky customer service... nothing they can do apparently.

@fishter01 but going by your intial post it appears you already had the 6 months offer as you said " I have an email to redeem another 6 months free appletv " you can only have the offer once

Thanks @Laing1, other users have been able to use this offer as long as there previous 6 months free is finished. Which it was in my case. 

 

I'm even more annoyed at the fact Sky have spent all my time denying this offer existed, even though I've sent them the emails and can see this issue is widely discussed in this sky community.

@fishter01 if the offer was from some where else then that should be fine but the offer from Sky is only redeemable once.

The e-mail seems to have been sent to everyone that registered for the offer whether they had redeemed it or not. 

I redeemed the offer in December last year and my 6 moths ended in June yet I still got the e-mail and see exactly the same as you do when following the link and entering my apple id and password so it appears to me that after entering your apple id and paasword it is the apple system thats refusing the offer as it knows/thinks its already been redeemed
