Can't receive dome channels on SKY Q.
On certain channels but not all I get the message, No satellite signal, but this only happens on a few channels and on some channels the picture freezes.
When I check on the Sky Q box settings for satellite signal it says OK.
What might cause this.

hi @Jony
A slight dish alignement or other problems can affect just some channels.
The SKY Q signal condition indicator is slightly misleading as it does not show the status of the current channel you are watching but a fixed channel set in an engineer's menu
Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
