Can’t post in Sky Q forum

Can't find anywhere to post about problems posting so thought I'd try here.

trying to post a query about C5 on demand in the Sky Q forum.

search tells me my query looks unique 

but won't let me post as tells me I'm flooding....  but it's the first time I've posted for well over a year if not longer!?!

Can't find a way to post a screenshot of the message.

any ideas?

Bizarrely after going out to different forum, then back into Sky Q and reloading the post, it's posted.....

@AndrewtheScotThe wonders of the forums are unknown, I have had that for no reason in the past.

However to post screen shots or any photos use the camera icon in the top row when you make a post.

Photos do not show immediately as they have to be approved as a photo can show things that should not be published, Photos are rarely rejected.
