Can’t log in to Disney channnel says it doesn’t recognise my email

Just bought sky Disney+ and the sky man said I would just be going straight into it but when I tried it says log in and then doesn't recognise my email, tried my other email and it doesn't recognise that either. The man selling it to me recognised the first one but very frustrated as cannot use.
