Can't gets btsport on upstairs tv with new skyQ

Just upgraded with skyQ with boxes upstairs and downstairs. Got separate subscription to btsport but it won't view upstairs. Says I'm not subscribed

If you subscribe to BT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes. Also through Sky BT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive BT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive BT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge.

@Vitts63If you pay BT directly you have to contact them with your viewing card number and pay extra to view on mini boxes.

If you pay via Sky then mini boxes are included.
