Can’t get sports uhd to work

Can't get uhd sports on my sky Q box. I have the full package and it says upgrade to watch, but I am paying for the full HD and UHD.

make sure your Q box is still set to 2160p resolution.

It's already set to 2160 . Rang sky a few times and getting know where about it.

Canyou watch other non Sports UHD ?

Or is it all UHD you cannot watch?
