Can’t get sky boxes connected to new fibre hub. Continuous searching, WPS doesn’t pick up!

Can't get sky boxes connected to new fibre hub, going through the WPS button but still nothing being picked up...any help gratefully received...thanks

Ensure 2.4GHz is enabled on the router as the Q boxes cannot connect to 5GHz (assuming Sky is not your ISP).

WPS also doesn't work if Sky is not your ISP.
