Can’t get parental controls to stay off

I've turned off parental controls but it still asks for pin

When SKY Atlantic & some other channels show programmes before the watershed it will always request the pin. This cannot be overridden.

You're going to have to live with it! To make your life easier, change your PIN to something simple like '1111'
