Can't get my link to get free 6 months Apple TV. Going round in circles

Been given a link from Sky VIP for 6months free Apple TV. Whenever I  use the link it takes me to a page where it asks for my password and email, each time I try to enter it says not recognised, then gives me code to reset. When I try to reset it takes me right back to the beginning again. 

Looked up Apple TV app to start a new one but can only find apple music on Play. Frustrated as going in circles, hanging on phone to disabled access as both physically and visually impaired but even that number is taking 45 minutes already. Help please

IIRC you need to log in with your Apple ID and password. It's been a while since I redeemed a Sky Apple TV offer.

Unfortunately I get through all of it with the link, register the apple account, I get onto the page where it says to continue after they've sent a confirmation email code, then I go to press continue again where it says to register a payment method but nothing happens, it just stays on that screen. I've gone back and forth a number of times to see if there is anywhere else to register payment details for future but there isn't anything. Rang sky and they are next to useless as we can't hear each other and they don't seem to understand which page I've got to. There must be a way of sorting this somehow.
