Can’t get itv 2 or itv2+1 as well as other itv channels and plus and e4and plus can anyone tell and

I cannot get itv2 or any of the additional itv channel or plus 1 or E4 and the plus on sky q can anyone give me the current manual settings for these

If you're in the UK and can't get these channels you'll need to contact Sky and get your dish alignment checked. Only customers in Ireland need to manually tune in to certain  channels.

Note that ITV2 SD is closing down sometime in October and ITV2 HD is moving to 11.386 H. You can tune it in on that frequency now.

They have only just fitted sky q so when he went to the dish must have moved it as no problems prior. I have asked for the engineer to come back out
