Re: Can't get any sky channels
Try rebooting your router by turning it off for 30+ seconds then back on.
Then try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

@anitaSa That will be a TV message not your Sky Q box.

Re: Can't get any sky channels
"No programmes are being broadcast on this channel" is a Sky message usually seen when part time channels like BBC Three/Four are off air during the day.

It would help if you told us the channel?

Re: Can't get any sky channels
@anitaSa You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
