Can’t get any picture just a black screen. Says HDMI problem have tried several new HDMI leads

Cant get a picture just a black screen. Says there's a HDMI problem so tried different leads. Still a black screen. Have tried the HDMI leads on my DVD player and they work fine. So must be a problem on the box side

Is the TV on the correct HDMI input?

Are you using the included HDMI cable or a third party? If third party have you tried the included cable?
