Can’t get Paramount + even though I have Sky Cinema why?

I have spent hours on phone with Sky trying to get Paramount +.  Why can't someone at Sky solve this issue.  This has been ongoing for months. Please help me.

You've posted in the Sky+ forum. Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q/Stream? Sky+ boxes have no Paramount+ app. A selection of content is available via Catch Up, without the need to register.

Thank you. I need all the help I can get. Sky have given up and said they don't know why it doesn't work. We've done all resets and Paramount have said it's all the fault of Sky

Been their done it around 20 times all with a sky engineer, it doesn't matter.
