The man from DPD came with a new Sky box this evening to replace the old one which kept needing to be rebooted. I simply could not get the extreme right plug out of the old Sky Q box, therfore I could not swap over to the new box and I had to send the DPD man away. Please send a Sky person to resolve thuis problem. I don't even know what that extra plug and cable does, I don't think it is required but I did not dare snip it off in case it was doing something important (we have a second Sky TV in the kitchen).

@John747 not sure wht plug you are talking about any chance you can take a picture of it
