Can’t find soundbar in list

I've just purchased a Sharp HT SB100 soundbar but it isn't in the list of Sharp models and none of the 13 suggested control the sound. 
Any ideas? I'm using a Sky Q touch remote and have connected using optical cable directly into the Sky Q box and also via the tv

If you connect the TV to the sound bar then the HDMI CEC function (if supported) will control the sound bar (volume/power) via controlling the TV,  i.e. link your remote to the TV

it should as manual says, "HDMI ARC/CEC connection allows control of the Soundbar with the TV remote"
