Can’t find out how to log onto my Netflix

Hello, 

I know this sounds really stupid...but I cannot seem to log into Netflix on any other device within my household except for my sky box. Netflix is saying my email is invalid and I need to change it, yet they won't accept my email that's signed in on the sky box. My son wants Netflix on his fire stick in his bedroom but I just can't get on. What am I doing wrong? It's the same email I have had for 10 plus years.

Oh and i tried selecting Netflix household on the drop down menu but again it's just saying my email isn't valid. But it's the email that my sky account is under

Have you checked in the Netflix settings in your Q box  (Netflix left hand menu Get help )

How do you know what password to use?

Hello, yeah I have it's the same email address as I use for my sky account...I'll try to contact Netflix and see if they can sort it out 🙂 thank you

Hello, I have no idea what the password is. I only got the sky box a couple weeks ago and Netflix was automatically logged in so I figured it would be same password as my sky account seeing as the Netflix account is the same email but no. I tried to reset password but they won't send the email as they are saying the email address is invalid

Passwords are never shared between providers. In fact Sky have no idea what your password actually is so can't give it to Netflix.

Edit: ah you answered this already. - Have you tried a password reset on the netflix site, using the same email address that the Q netflix app says it's using?

@Jng0911 Its very strange and very unusual that a replacement box would already be logged into your account as all replacement boxes should have been factory reset. So you would have to enter e-mail address and password.  I'd check you are actually logged into your account.
