Can’t download, keeps telling me to upgrade

Can't download any programmes to watch, keeps telling me to upgrade. 
been through settings for HD etc and still nothings working.

You will have to call Sky and request they refresh your viewing card. Alternatively 
we can potentially escalate your post to Sky from tomorrow (not available at present). Sky will then try to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts. This link explains more: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/call-to-upgrade-downloading-on-demand#q-help-articles
