Can’t connect router to sky box

Need help.

For the 2nd time in a week I can't connect my router to the sky box. My broadband and WIFI is working fine.

A sky expert sorted it out for me 2 days ago so I must have an issue with the box.

Who is your Broadband supplier and how are you trying to connect your Q box?

Sky is my provider and I'm following the instructions on the network set up.

Ive reset the sky using 001 and tried setting up a new IP address, exactly how the sky expert talked me through on Tuesday.
