Can't change profile on netflix

Can't change profile on netflix on sky mini box in other rooms but can on sky Q box in living room. Just reverts to main account profile (mine). Tried refreshing apps on all boxes and no change.

We've also got the same problem, Netflix also doesn't play previews whilst viewing the programmes anymore and because we have no option to edit profiles in the sky q app we can't change it!

Did you get a answer as to why we can't change profile pictures or previews automatically?
