@Z650
To remove part of your Sky Q/+ TV package you will need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You can either call or use the messaging service to cancel this

Hi @Z650 You cannot do this "on-line" because they want to check your identity. Messing with somebody else's subscription would be easy to do "on-line". Note your contract has not finished, just your discounted minimum term.

Re: Can’t cancel tv packages online despite contract ended
It is also more likely they want to make it as hard as possible to downgrade in any way.
I gave lots of early notice to cancel TNT Sports (they tried to imply i couldnt give them more than a months notice, yes i can). I then phoned in to check it had been done close to the month and was assured it had. And yet it is still on my package so i have to contact them AGAIN.
I get they dont want people to leave but i have been a loyal customer for years and this kind of behaviour is seriously making me consider Virgin (and i love Sky).
I hate being played, and that is what it feels like with their 'customer serivce', if you can get to it through the absolutely useless chatbots.

Correct. You can't cancel online. It's quite annoying.
