Can't book an engineer in Ireland??

My SkyQ box is not receiving a satellite signal and it looks like the cables. Trying to book an engineer and the site telss me i'm in the wrong location. I'm on the Irish website and I live in Dublin, Tried the virtual chat and it ran our of ideas and told me to come to communities.

Anybody else had this ludicrous issue? Going to twitter next.
