If you just want to put in your code and i presume you have a acount set up. Then go on the help centre, then account set up which has sign into your tv device. This should take you to the enter code page. I then ad it to my fav's should i need to go back in next time. This is because for some reason if you don't use app enough it signs you out. Hope thi s helps I should say you have to go on the discovery web site as it does not come on the sky box

Thanks to those on here that have offered help. To me and at least my issue it does appear to be a problem with the discovery plus website.
I have been in contact with their support but I get the impression I would have made similar progress banging my head against a wall.

HP1 - Tried and tried to create a discovery plus account to link to the sky account. The instructions state a screen to confirm subscription appears - well it doesn't for me. Therefore I am unable to proceed with the next step to link and activate the discovery plus app. If sky send a message to say you can now access discovery plus free of charge why can't it be accessible from sky without trying to access a system that is not working, Sky must have a big problem as so many people are complaining about this subject.

Precisely. I started with the code 400 error. They should be telling us when it's fixed because without discovery plus half the functionality is gone on sky stream. I never wanted sky stream but I never thought I would have to watch half the channels in real time as you cannot record or access so many. It's made me miserable. When I went to change it because of their faulty system they said they would turn my TV off there and then and I would have to wait with no telly! I tried to complain but you can't do that either.

Discovery plus is a joke. Constantly signing you out. It's the hardest app to log back into. There is no where to enter the code. Where do you enter the code????????
it keeps saying to log in what's good is that on my phone when I want it on my tv.

So the best way to get back in...log into via that link. Then when on the discovery page use their wenxhat function and select option activate device. Then select sky, it then gives a page to put the code in!
awful service from Discovery. I'm glad I'm not paying for it.

@kazzi @Good to hear you got logged in eventually . if you don't watch discovery plus for a certain length of time yes they log you out & you have to go through the Activation process from the very beginning . I thought my head was going to explode trying to activate the 1st time & a couple times after they logged me out , it was a nightmare no whee to input the acctivation code , like yourself I got it after hrs & hrs . I thought it was me now reading your post & others it's not me , it discovery plus fault .

Well it turns out when I came back to Sky they didn't link my account to my email address. So when I signed in it only found my cancelled account. So I was hopeful that this might help. No now I just get a different error message saying sorry we can't do this right now. Sky man who was saying everything was my fault then blamed it on discovery. But this error is on the sky website. Sky.com/discoveryplus-activate

28/02/23 The problem with signing in to Discovery plus is still happening .Have got the code nowhere to enter. Keep trying to get password 4 times been told e.mail with method to change has been sent over an hour later still waiting on the carrier pigeon arrival .

The problem accessing discovery+ on sky q still exists.
So far I've spent about 2 hours on the phone to sky technical, and app specialists (apparently)
still no solution.
These are the steps I take...
Go to apps
select discovery +
I get the discovery + logo on black background
then the home page opens
this time the background is 'Goblin Works Garage'
click on a show to watch
get the message on screen "upgrade to watch" with 2 options 'Retry and Back'
'Retry' does nothing
'Back' takes me to the home page.
i go to 'account' and sign out
Now I'm on the screen that says discovery+ sky, discovery+ at no extra cost
3 options, 'Get discovery+' , 'Sign in' and 'Need help activating'
click 'sign in'
then get the screen with the QR code and the 6 digit code.
i scan the QR code into my mobile device and it opens the website
enter the code, tap activate
get the 'You're all set message' on my mobile
then the discovery+ screen appears on my tv
i click on a show to watch
click 'watch now'
Then it's back to 'Upgrade to Watch'🙄
Does all this sound like what everyone else is experiencing?

Good news, you already have discovery+. You just need to open the app and sign in to start watching.
Then if I click on the tab 'Open discovery+' it takes me to the discovery+ home page, I try to watch a show and still get the message 'Upgrade to watch'

@Trackermonkey so on you Q box if you press the home button scroll down to my Sky then chod=se the your product icon after putting in your your 4 digit pin number you should get 2 options Sky subscriptions and app subscriptions if you click on the app subscriptions what do you see ?

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get back on Discovery+
q code pass number telephone calls reset password updated software Still nothing
no one knows how to do it I've called sky
ive spoke to discovery +
keeps asking me to update subscription
I have it in my sky package! Fed up
