Sky Q won't access recordings. Shows "p!ease wait" with rotating circle continuously. Can't access any menu items under Recordings. Mini Box not accessing either.

Completed a hard disk reset which resolved the problem.

do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menuYou could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.
you will then get the option to reset your hard drive
