Can’t access Sky Sports UHD on Sky Q

I recently got my sky q box back after being on sky glass for a bit (long story!) but now, despite having a brand new tv, all the sky packages etc, I keep getting told that I haven't got UHD on my package. Everything I have checked suggests I do but it's not working. 

I try and upgrade and get a MYSKY_1028 error. I also can't get Sky Go that I used to have before I switched temporarily to Sky Glass. 

Has anyone else had this issue at all please? If not, then I'll give Sky a call tomorrow!
