Since this morning I've not been able to view anything from Home Screen on sky tv
nor can I access my apps like Netflix, Apple TV etc
message says I don't have internet connection
but my WiFi is working fine on all other devices. I've rebooted tv/sky box - and rebooted my router (then sky box/tv again)
I've gone onto settings and manually selected my router and entered the password for the router - but it's not being accepted. I'm definitely typing it in correctly (case sensitive etc). It's so frustrating as I just wanted to continue watching a series i started last night

Hi I got it working by adding HD + on to my account and now everything I'd back up and running like it should be

@Kristina12 How did you do that?

Sign in to sky on your phone, laptop ect and up grade your package. I upgraded the HD one as it was free for two months and once I done that everything on my TV started working

The suggestion to add HD won't fix your box not being connected to the internet; are you sure you've typed in the password correctly? Who is your broadband provider?

Hi, it looks like we have had the exact same problem since yesterday also. Have you managed to fix the issue? If so, how? Thank you

@Mav4v No it's really frustrating, was looking forward to continuing watching a new series if discovered on Netflix 😞

Can you answer the questions I gave you?

We managed to fix the problem - we tried the step by step on the tv but nothing worked and then we called sky and strangely he went through the same steps with us and it worked - so not sure if the advisor did soenthung his end but it worked.
Follow steps on tv- it was soenthung like settings/network connection/hold down wps button - although I did switch it all off from the mains first for 10 seconds - if that's helped who knows - hope this helps you all fix the problem

@Mav4v Thank you , yes I tried following all steps on tv message yesterday and again today , but no good, only difference was my 2nd set no longer has sky now 😞
I think I'll need to phone them , they probably have a master reset button or something.
does anyone have a phone no for Sky support?

So I assume the answer to my question was you have Sky as your broadband provider. If you had replied I would have told you about the WPS button

@Mav4v Sorry I missed that.....yes I have sky as my provider for internet too
