Can someone from Sky please contact me

Can someone from sky please contact me. For over a year I have been having connectivity issues with my sky equipment. I think this hardware is too old for the current network router I have. Twice I have been throught this with a customer services agent and twice I have been promised replacement equipment, and twice this has failed to materalise. Fed up hardly describes how I'am feeling about this. I pay sky more than 1K a year and you don't seem to have any respect foryou customer base, I have super fast broadband with a large bandwdsth, there are other solution avalable, and once I start to look, I'm likely to follow through with this.

@Steve666_beast  You can raise your query via the community, but there simply is no way for Sky to contact you on the back of a community post from an account that is not linked to your Sky account.

If you explain your issue the community may be able to help, saving a call.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Perhaps note that the most recent Sky Q television hardware specification is from 2019, and it's all WiFi 5.

"Sky Q television hardware specification is from 2019, and it's all WiFi 5" that is pretty depressing, it didnt work too well when I had the latest Sky router, not any better now with my EE wifi 7 box

Having a wifi 7 capable router won't update the Q box beyond what it is or allow it to connect beyond 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz (Sky router only?). I find an ethernet cable works wonders.
