@TonyTaylor1  Have you tried rebooting the box by removing the plug at the wall for 30 seconds and then plug back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi. Thanks for responding. Yes, I have tried unplugging the whole system to force a reboot a couple of times. At one stage I got a message prompting me to remove and replace the viewing card (which I did). Unfortunately that didn't fix. It!
