Can not veiw my resent recordings on my sky Q the screens just black

Tried to watch a recorded program but the screen is just black and there's no sound on any of my recordings 

They're there as a thumb nials but once chosen to play there's just nothing there which is very odd as I watched one of them earlier in the day

Please can anyone advise what to do

Hi @Chantel78   Have you tried a power reboot of the Main box?

Hi @Chantel78 

1. Put the box in Standby using the remote power button.

2. Switch it off at the mains plug.

3. Wait 30 seconds.

4. Turn it back on at the mains plug.

5. Give it a good two minutes to fully reboot.
