Can not redeem Apple TV offer

Hi everyone, I tried to redeem the Apple TV offer on Saturday.  I can sign in on my phone, my laptop but not through the actual app on the sky box.  I have literally tried everything...its driving me to distraction!!

Any help will be appreciated.
