Can not order box office as it says no funds?

Hi I recently upgraded to sky Q and want to order the Tyson Fury fight. When I go to order it the Q says that my spending limit has been reached I've been with Sky 24 years and never had this problem...

Have you ordered anything from TNT Box Office before or do you pay TNT for access to the sports channels via your Sky Q box ?
